To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, in the original packaging and all swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. if our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. should a refund be refused your item will be returned to you.
Items marked as non-refundable including but not limited to, beauty products, haircare or earrings can not be returned once packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.

The message from you all says you fulfilled my order 12 days ago. I just received the order 2 days ago. The shipping information never even said it was delivered even on the day it was delivered. The delivery info still said it was on its way. Once I finally received it, the jacket was great quality and very bad a**! But the shipping time and shipping info regarding the package was terrible.
I ordered the whole set, skirt, top and jacket, and was disappointed when it came. I am a US size 0, a 23 waist size, and have a smaller bust. I ordered my correct sizing based off the website guidelines and when it came I was shocked to see how small it was. The skirt barely covered anything and the top I could get on and zip up but did not fit correctly.
Super cute set but, the product is made in china and with items being at this price point you would hope they would be made in a better fashion. overall cute set, runs small, and not worth the price if the product is made in china
