Role Overview:
The mission of the Office Manager and PA is to ensure the Jaded office and all the little things that go with it support a positive, inclusive, and productive environment. Responsibilities are varied, but with a core focus on the physical office space, employee events and providing executive assistance to our Co-founders, ensuring we all have the right tools, space and atmosphere to perform.

Role & Responsibilities:

Co-founder Support:

  • Diary management and scheduling meetings for CEO and 2 co-founders - managing demanding personal and work schedules, ensuring that appropriate meetings and people are given priority.
  • Book travel, restaurants etc. and providing detailed itineraries.
  • Manage personal mail and deliveries, e.g. sending/returning parcels, expenses.
  • Getting lunch or other general errands.


Office Management:

  • Welcoming and looking after guests, delivering refreshments and coordinating any technical requirements and presentations for meetings.
  • General ad-hoc assistance with special projects.
  • Preparing, printing and organising documents.
  • Raising purchase orders – project specific as well as departmental POs
  • Taking all initial enquiries via phone system
  • Receive and organise office deliveries e.g. Royal Mail, UPS & DHL
  • Keeping a clean and tidy office environment whilst ensuring teams are kept responsible, e.g. ensuring the entrance space, meetings rooms, and studio are presentable at all times.
  • Provide support to other departments at busy times as required


Facilities Management:

  • Tracking and remaining within agreed budgets for employee events, office food supplies etc.
  • Maintenance of coffee machines (regular descaling etc.)
  • Office fire warden - maintain fire extinguishers, accurate employee list etc, taking lead in fire drills
  • Project manage any office/desk moves
  • Organise furniture, stationary, supplies, kitchen, and cleaners.
  • Monthly floor walks with cleaning agency.
  • Liaison with IT support team for laptops, printers, servers, email addresses, Wi-Fi etc.


Employee Engagement:

  • Ensure the kitchens are kept well-stocked at all times.
  • Food orders weekly for the office.
  • Arrange ad-hoc treats for the office.
  • Organise all seasonal staff social events (liaising with Co-founder & HR on ideas & budgets)
  • Schedule, organise and manage team functions, nights out trips, e.g. Christmas Party

  • 2+ years experience in an Office Coordinator/Manager and PA/EA role.
  • A versatile professional who is expert at dealing with a busy diary and driving an office of 50.
  • Experience in working within a fast-paced environment. Fashion industry/fast-paced retail experience is not essential but highly desirable.
  • Available to work in the office 5 days a week with flexibility

Role Overview:
This role requires the management and leadership of a growing team to support the development, implementation, tracking, and optimisation of content across all women’s social platforms. As Women’s Social Media Manager you will have constant oversight of all Jaded women’s creatives plans and need to know exactly what is happening and when, but your team will execute and deliver on creative tasks.

Role & Responsibilities:

Line Management:

  • Manage a growing team of 6.
  • Holding regular 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
  • Delegation of tasks amongst team members.
  • Manage team absence, performance, and engagement/morale.
  • Working with HR to define and shape KPI’s/OKR’s for women’s social team members .
  • Supporting performance and development of team members via annual PDP process.
  • Ensuring all social accounts/events/campaigns continue to run smoothly when people are absent, delegating/stepping in where necessary .
  • Issuing follow-up actions out to the team following team meetings.
  • Interviews/recruitment for vacancies in liaison with HR.
  • Manage/oversee the content calendar for the team, ensuring it remains up to date in real-time.
  • Lead by example, setting the tone and benchmarking the standards of work and conduct expected both in the day-to-day and on location/shoots.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Actively measure the impact of our activities and campaigns across all women’s social media channels, including total spend, ROI, etc.
  • Create monthly reports from data to provide insights from our social media data to co-founders and senior creatives


  • Create and track budgets across women’s social department (including for shoots, PR, gifting, etc).
  • Monitor team’s use of Company Cards/expenses.
  • Monitoring/approving invoices across women’s social.

Influencer/Brand Partnerships:

  • Managing and negotiating brand & influencer deals over a certain price point.
  • Set up/hold meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Jaded.

Creative Support:

  • Manage the running order and tasks on set and on shoot days.
  • Run events / manage all scheduling of trips abroad / travel.
  • Managing campaigns from start to launch with Womens Senior Creative Lead, ensuring everything is organised (from building social hype, content imagery sign off, newsletter imagery, influencer gifting, launch posts etc).

Stakeholder relationship:

  • Work in partnership with Senior Creative Lead for womenswear, to ensure people are in the right place at the right time, and in order to keep the content calendar organised and in line with product launches/global events.
  • Work in partnership with Menswear Social Manager to ensure consistency and synergy across teams.


  • 2+ years of Line Management experience
  • Be a data-driven creative, with a comfortability to balance the two.
  • Ability to balance brand with business while relentlessly focusing on our customer.

Role Overview:
To focus on driving our wholesale accounts to reach their maximum potential. As well as working alongside our merchandising and operations team you will also assist with the development of successful new retail partners.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of day-to-day wholesale accounts, including receiving orders, liaising with the warehouse to pack orders, making bookings, arranging deliveries and invoice orders once delivered
  • Facilitate all aspects of the smooth running of wholesale partnerships including the end to end management of deliveries to the partner.
  • Making suggestions around prioritising/adjusting delivery schedules and movement of stocks to balance external partner relationships with internal priorities.
  • Arrange Bookings with Wholesale partners through their online systems
  • Liaising with the customer on orders placed, dealing with any queries and deliveries
  • Complete the set-up of styles on the Jaded system and on the warehouse system
  • Instruct warehouse on processing goods to ship
  • Log receipt of stock into the Jaded system once it has arrived, ensuring there are no discrepancies

Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, your purpose is to oversee the day-to-day trading and optimisation of the Jaded D2C website.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day trading and optimisation and be responsible for KPI’s
  • Take full ownership and accountability for online trade activity including on-site visual merchandising, category and product optimisation
  • Optimise the search and navigation functionality to deliver greater product discovery and on-site engagement
  • Manage, test and optimise onsite merchandising and product rankings in order to maximise our commercial ambitions
  • Working with product teams to understand product strategy in order to build and position sites in line with strategy. In turn reporting back commercial analysis, insights to product teams to better align product for future growth
  • Update, test and track performance of key landing pages
  • Execute promotional strategies with emphasis on increasing revenue and delivering a seamless experience for the customer
  • Highlight best-selling products and on-site gap analysis
  • Managing daily site walkthroughs to highlight areas of opportunity or concern

  • Campaign set up, management and optimisation across TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Google Shopping.

Role Overview:
Key responsibilities will include forecasting sales, quantifying buys, reviewing size and making valuable contributions to planning and strategy. Being an excellent communicator is essential for this role to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders across internal departments and our external supply chain.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Updating Monday trade reports in a timely and accurate fashion, be able to identify key highlights and lowlights from the previous week and make own suggestions of actions to maximise sales and minimise stock risks. Independently drive analysis of own ideas and areas of focus each week, presenting to Merchandiser and founders.
  • Following up trade actions throughout the week with key departments; Ecommerce, Social, Logistics, Production, Design, Suppliers. Feeding back results from actions taken and provide suggestions for future strategies and processes.
  • Monitor slow sellers and strong sellers, making regular suggestions on how to improve sales and mitigate risks by liaising with internal departments and presenting suggestions to Merchandiser.
  • Daily awareness of trading performance, especially around collection launches and how to adapt day-to-day intake and stock management tasks. Instil reactiveness on new styles and campaign styles.
  • Ownership of repeats and continuity lines, be able to accurately forecast linecards, ensuring we always achieve maximum availability and healthy cover on bestsellers.
  • Make suggestions to Merchandiser on repeat opportunities and quantity amendments.
  • Forecast size ratios for new styles based on performance and accurately provide buy ratios for repeats. Complete regular sizing and returns analysis.
  • Suggest price amendments for full price and markdown, be able to present strong rationale with key considerations for cover, margin, seasonality and discount.
  • Accurately update WSSI and category WSSI’s, be able to highlight opportunity and risk to sales, stock and intake. Deputise reforecasts in Merchandiser absence.
  • Be able to make valuable contributions to seasonal analysis and make suggestions for department strategies, regularly presenting findings and ideas in season.
  • Always demonstrating foresight and strong critical path management with awareness of company, internal departments and supplier deadlines. Understanding of own weekly priorities and the impact on other stakeholders, constantly communicating with wider teams to reach shared goals.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and awareness of supply chain capacities and capabilities in respective countries, the impact of freight methods on margin and lead time and key calendar dates across the supply base.

Role Overview:
Supports the Womenswear Design team, researching and creating new and innovative commercial ideas, creating mood boards, new prints and starting workbooks for factories for production.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the design and production teams to ensure an efficient workflow of designs, prints and sample production.
  • Assist and help research, produce clear and detailed technical sketches.
  • Assist in fittings, taking notes and updating technical sketches on illustrator.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the design identity in line with Jaded London, provide a sense of colours and details, deliver a high awareness of current trends.
  • Continually researches new and innovative commercial ideas on a continual basis through sources; Instagram, Depop, catwalk, research trips, etc.
  • Creates weekly ‘new in’ reports on a timely basis.
  • Works efficiently to create 20 ideas per day to be sketched on CAD via Adobe illustrator.
  • Demonstrates creativity in-line with the brand, creating print design mood boards with new ideas.
  • Creates new prints from scratch and sets up prints for production.
  • Makes a start on creating four workbooks a day for factories for production, to be passed to Designers.
  • Makes amends to sketches post fit sessions, updating the critical path with information from factories.
  • Supports the designers in all tasks as requested, including sourcing fabrics and trims.
  • Ensures general office tidiness is maintained with samples put away correctly, filing fabrics and keeping the workplace organised.
