TIKTOK CONTENT CREATOR

Reports to: Women’s Creative Content & Social Media Manager

Role overview:
A highly creative and dynamic role for a passionate, Social Content Creator to help grow our TikTok/Instagram reels for Womenswear. The role will involve creating content in advance of tight deadlines, advertising the products and styles we have in stock, as well as giving an insight into the business behind the scenes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • End-to-end production of all TikTok content for Womenswear
  • Create engaging and on-brand content in line with agreed branding guidelines and set calendar.
  • Own the creation & editing process of video content for TikTok (and IG Reels & stories where required).
  • Generate fun and engaging content ideas that are authentic and on-brand.
  • Research to stay ahead of the competition
  • Drive the process of ensuring created content is signed off, and schedule it according to the calendar
  • Stay on top of creative and social media trends, and generate ideas on how best to translate these trends to Jaded Women channels
  • Community management on TikTok, including timely replies to comments on posts and creating strategies to increase engagement

Requirements:

  • full of creative ideas
  • already confident with using TikTok
  • preferably uses TikTok personally and has grown a following
  • aware of the latest audio trends
  • able to suggest ideas for growing on the platform
  • interested in street style and the jaded brand
  • Happy to film themselves styled in Jaded clothes/ accessories if required.

E-COMMERCE MANAGER

reports to: head of e-commerce

role overview:
reporting to the ceo, your purpose is to own the numbers at the point of purchase for the jaded d2c website. you’ll obsess about increasing net revenues, average order size and value and of course, customer satisfaction, conversion rate of traffic to customers and customer experience through intimate knowledge and process of reducing exits/bounces from our home, category, landing, basket and checkout pages.

what will i be doing?

  • own the net revenue, average order size, value, conversion rate for jaded website;
  • own all visual merchandising of your stores from products to signposting and engaging content that makes a sale today;
  • own the analytical and cro tools that will help you unlock greater insight to build hypothesis to test and generate incremental output on your kpis;
  • build a foundation to share more and better insight than our peer group / competitors with our 3rd party partners; make jaded famous with our partners at being the best at ecommerce.
  • support and challenge the technology team to design, develop and deploy the tools you need to deliver your objectives;
  • work closely with the brand & broader commercial / sales teams and feed in tactical, irresistible offers / promotions into the jaded campaign calendar;
  • work closely with commercial / finance analyst/s to unlock, customer insight (through deep segmentation), marketing insight, business insight which leads to optimisation of your activity;
  • hire, lead and coach a leading-edge team to help execute against goals;
  • provide expertise on current ecommerce industry best practice, with cro focus;
  • keep up to date with ecommerce & cro / trading best practice of tomorrow through training, research etc;

 what skills do i need?

  • 3+ years’ experience managing / leading digital retail / ecommerce; a ‘natural shopkeeper’; fixated on delivering your promise to the customer.
  • great knowledge / experience with analytical / cro tools like google analytics, hotjar etc
  • good knowledge / experience of demand creation using paid media (with social in particular)
  • great knowledge of shopify+ and common 3rd party applications (nosto, etc)
  • have great understanding of retail, ecommerce and marketing businesses
  • you’re a ‘natural retailer’; obsessed with delivering your promise to customers
  • cro methodology at the heart of everything you do
  • have a proven track record as a commercial individual, who understands brand and customer (shopper)
  • intellectual and emotional intelligence in balanced / equal measure
  • understand how to maximise output in conversion activity where a mix of skill / talent types is required (data analysis vs creative visual merchandising and ux are quite different approaches)

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

reports to: head of logistics

role overview:
working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running and maintaining of all logistics across women’s and men’s for factories in turkey and china.

responsibilities and duties:

  • manages the administration of day-to-day wholesale accounts, including receiving orders, liaising with the warehouse to pack orders, making bookings, arranging deliveries and invoice orders once delivered
  • liaises with customers on orders placed, dealing with any queries and deliveries
  • completes the set-up of styles on the jaded system and on the warehouse system
  • instructs warehouse on processing goods to ship
  • logs receipt of stock into the jaded system once it has arrived, ensuring there are no discrepancies
  • supports the wider team in all tasks as requested and general office duties, including keeping the workplace organised.

  • demonstrates a good commercial understanding of retail logistics

role overview:
reporting to jaded london’s founders and working closely across all commercial functions, you’ll manage all campaign planning and execution for the brand; you’ll manage what content is needed when, by whom and ensure all commercial functions (product, brand, marketing, trading, operations) are aware of what’s going on now, next and later.

requirements:

  • own / admin the campaign / trading calendar/s (global brand <> local marketing / trading);
  • f the campaign activity;
  • work within campaign budgets and report any overspend;
  • ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels;
  • maintain regular measurement of the roi of campaigns;
  • ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary;

about you:

  • 3+ years of managing campaign activity for a fast growth brand (ideally apparel in retail / ecommerce)
  • strong entrepreneurial bias that has track record building, managing and motivating yourself and digitally disruptive agile teams (internal and external) who deliver exceptional results
  • management skills: as a campaign manager you will formulate marketing plans but your team or external agencies will deliver them. therefore, campaign managers need to guide their team and establish parameters but also delegate rather than micro-manage.
  • communication skills: impact and influence at all levels. excellent writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to write copy for marketing promotions. but campaign managers also need pristine speaking skills. they have to manage relationships with agencies and third parties as well as persuade a non-marketing audience, such as senior level managers within the organisation, of the wisdom of proposed campaigns.
  • project management skills: as a campaign manager you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure roi on marketing campaigns. you will need to manage the organisation’s output effectively and intervene if things are going off-track.

responsible for the planning, production, content, and day-to-day management of the men’s social media team to achieve measurable results.

 responsibilities and duties:

  • manages the gifting process end-to-end, including but not limited to:
  • sourcing and contacting new influencers.
  • managing requests on @jaded_man, collating gifting lists for approval, dming tracking details for gifted influencers and liaising with ilg warehouse to ensure dispatch.
  • sample tracking and following up with influencers to obtain imagery and content.
  • manages @jadedman facebook, posting key high engagement posts from instagram.
  • manages jaded man talk on facebook, scheduling posts to achieve maximum engagement and visual representation for the brand so it becomes a community and vip programme.
  • creates gifting reports at the end of each month/campaign, detailing budget spent and return on investment.
  • creates content calendars in-line with product launches and global events. generating content across all social platforms, website and newsletter imagery that captures the most engagement from followers and customers, aligning with current collections and products.
  • project manages photoshoots, organising models and influencers/bloggers for social and web content, alongside e-commerce shoots to align models who are on-brand and aspirational. booking castings, negotiating with bookers and scouting shoot locations.
  • manages the team, setting objectives and supporting them in achieving measurable results.
  • leads by example, setting the tone and benchmarking the standards of work and conduct expected both in the day-to-day and on location/shoots.
  • manages relationships with bloggers, influencers and celebrities ensuring items are gifted, tagged, and utilised to their full potential.
  • continually seeks to build on network of bloggers, influencers and celebrities who are on brand through gifting and collaborations.
  • sources other brands who are relevant to jaded london, organising competitions, design collaborations, events, etc.
  • stays ahead of the competition and on-top of trends, refining our social media approach.
  • organises press events and pop-up sales, sourcing locations and sponsors.
  • general office duties helping all departments when required.
