Christmas Information

We will be closed on the 25th, 26th & 27th of December and won't be fulfilling orders during this period.

Our last guaranteed Christmas delivery dates are:

UK Evri Standard - Tuesday 17th of December

UK Evri Express - Thursday 19th of December

UK DPD - Sunday 22nd of December

USA & Europe: Standard Shipping - Wednesday 11th of December

USA & Europe: Express Shipping - Tuesday 17th of December

All other countries: Standard Shipping - Sunday 8th of December

All other countries: Express Shipping - Sunday 15th of December

We aim to deliver all orders in line with the estimated delivery times. Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as we are unable to amend this once your order has been placed.
We are also unable to deliver to freight forwarded or PO Box addresses.
Please note, due to Brexit legislations we are unable to ship accessories to Germany & Spain.

UK MAINLAND

Free delivery on orders over £80:

Evri Standard delivery - £3.99
3 - 5 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Evri Express delivery - £4.99
1 - 2 working days. Order before 8.00pm Sunday to Friday.

DPD Next day delivery - £6.99
Next working day. Order before 4.00pm Sunday to Friday.

DPD Saturday delivery - £8.99
Order by Friday, 4pm.

DPD Sunday delivery - £8.99
Order by Friday, 4pm.

Next day orders placed after 4.00pm on Friday and during the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Next day, Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available for selected postcodes (including, but not limited to, the Scottish Highlands, NI and the Channel Islands).

We may at certain times of the year suspend our next day, Saturday or Sunday delivery options.

Cut off times can vary, you'll always find our current cut off time at checkout, which will be confirmed when you place an order.

Has your estimated delivery date elapsed? Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). Our Carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.
If your order doesn't arribed or is missing something, please do let us know within 30 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we'll do our best to help you. If you do not notify us within 30 days we will be unable to investigate or replace any missing items.
