Looks exactly like the image. Has a lot of pockets and is big! Good for items as large as laptops and fits all my needs. Looks good with almost everything and would be cute to personalize. You can carry it as a messenger and like a tote with the other strap. The buckle along one of straps is a bit annoying because it's sharp...
