Jaded London Pop-Up Party – Terms & Conditions

1. Age Restriction

  • This event is strictly 21+. Government-issued photo identification (driver’s license, passport, or state ID) is required for entry.
  • Entry will be refused to anyone under the age of 21, regardless of whether they hold a Party Pass.

2. Invitations & Entry

  • A Party Pass invitation does not guarantee entry. Entry is subject to venue capacity, security screening, and adherence to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Admission operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Re-Entry Policy

  • No re-entry is permitted once you leave the venue.

4. Alcohol Service

  • Alcohol will be served only to guests aged 21 and over with valid ID.
  • Staff may refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe.
  • No outside alcohol is allowed.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Illegal substances or activities are strictly prohibited and will result in removal and potential law enforcement involvement.
  • Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour toward guests, staff, or security will not be tolerated.
  • Unauthorized professional photography, videography, or recording is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Media & Filming Consent

  • By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.
  • You grant Jaded London, its affiliates, and partners the unrestricted right to use such recordings for promotional, marketing, or other lawful purposes in any media, worldwide, without compensation or further notice.

7. Safety & Liability

  • Attendance is at your own risk. Jaded London, the venue, and their affiliates accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or property damage.
  • Guests must comply with all directions from security and event staff.

8. Security Screening

  • Bag checks and security screening are mandatory. Entry may be denied if screening is refused.
  • Public health guidelines in effect at the time of the event will be enforced.

9. Right to Refuse Entry

  • Jaded London and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for non-compliance or unsafe behavior.

10. Changes & Cancellation

  • Event details are subject to change without notice. Jaded London may cancel the event without liability.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the event is held.
