I have been emailing your customer support for almost three weeks now regarding a refund — or simply an exchange for a different size.
I have received no response.
The parcel was sent back and, as far as I know, you have already received it, yet there are no updates or status information.
I haven’t received my refund either.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer.
I’d like to re turn this and get a smaller size
For some reason no one is able to help me do this
This is a great piece which my wife loves and looks fabulous in. She couldn’t be happier.
I love them, the only thing that bother is the size, they are too big. But I love them anyway 😍
The Fabric could be a little thicker/heavier other than that really good
Nice fit & can take a fit up a notch. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about purchasing. Also, look at the size chart prior to purchasing :)!
