Funny of You to send an email that you “fulfilled” my order 12 days ago since I still have no information on the whereabouts of my package. It’s cleared customs on the 3rd and since then I’m struggling with any contact with xudotomer service which is constantly telling me to give them 2 more days. Now I’m getting ghosted :)
