SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Reports to: Head of Marketing / Founders

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to work across our business focusing on supporting our amazing campaign creative and product collections with world-class creative graphic vision across all our customer touchpoints.  

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Work with the creative campaign team to support editorial vision with aligned graphic concepts
• Always have finger on the pulse of the next big thing and fresh creative concepts relevant to our customer based and in line with our brand TOV
• Manage all graphic design business needs from conception to delivery across organic social, paid social, email newsletters, onsite imagery, invites, marketing collateral etc
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring brand consistency across all customer touch points and projects
• Support and lead Graphic Designer with workload and projects
• Liaise between the marketing and creative teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Keepup-to-date with industry developments
• An understanding of the Jaded brand and lazer focus on Gen Z consumer and what's important to them to ensure this is reflected in our brand vision via creative

Requirements:
• Experience in designing for an aspirational brand or similar
• Experience working across numerous marketing channels
• Ability to work across a variety of mediums
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
• Well-versed with paid media formats for IG, FB, TT (video)
• Brilliant time management and resislience, with the ability to prioritise taks and work in fast moving and reactive business with multiple deadlines
• Ability to communicate confidently, effectively, and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers, wider team & senior management
• Good personal handwriting and the ability to be versatile and adapt to a variety of styles (evience of this in portfolio)
