Not received and no communication in last 5 days

I am yet to receive this order as it has been lost in transit but I am yet to have this resolved even though you have acknowledged the issue a week ago I was told my case was given to someone higher with a ticket number but I’m yet to hear from anyone. Love but sizing is inconsistent.

I own five of these in different colours and I love them, but I really wish the sizing was more consistent. I just received one in brown and one in black, both size small — the brown fits perfectly, but the black one is much bigger on me. A little disappointing.
