We are happy to exchange/refund any merchandise within 28 days of receipt. All products must be returned unworn, free of any smells, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. Due to the sublimation process each of these garments will be individual and any irregularities are an inherent part of this process. No returns accepted on this basis. If our Customer Care Team do not feel any of the above points are met, it is in their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return.
Please click button below to download the returns form. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item has arrived damaged).
If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the price of the item purchased but not the cost of shipping. All Swimwear must be returned with hygiene sticker attached If you wish to cancel an order before you receive the product this must be done within the hour of placing the order (this is applicable weekdays only before 3pm)
Please allow 10 working days for us to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount. We’ll send you an email when this has been done.
