PR & Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced PR & Digital Marketing manager to join our team. The role includes managing various social channels, affiliate campaigns and display as well as reporting on all traffic and revenue analytics for our e-commerce site from a granular channel perspective.

Responsibilities include:

-Outreach to influencers - setting gifting budgets analysing which influencers increase sales / working on promotional activity with those that generate sales.

-Reaching out to press and online digital to get product featured in up coming articles/ photoshoots.

-Manage an affiliate network ensuring partners are on brand and driving revenue

-Managing the planning, execution and analysis of online marketing campaigns with the aim of increasing brand reach, traffic and revenue

-Managing social media advertising campaigns, making sure they run in line with the website activity

-Using social media analytics and google analytics to analyse campaign results and monitor web activity

-Exploring new digital advertising formats

-Provide analysis and recommendations for improvement of usability and functionality of the site - working alongside our external web developers

-Any other duties that are deemed necessary to support the website

E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser that has worked within the fashion e-commerce industry to join our team. The role includes sales analysis, forecasting as well as website visual merchandising.

Responsibilities include:

-Producing weekly/ daily sales reports, analysing the sales highlighting any risks or opportunities and providing recommendations in order to maximise sales and growth.

-Size analysis: looking at historical data to provide size ratios best bought for future styles.

-Analysing sales information provided by stockists to improve future sales for concessions.

-Monitoring competitor activity looking at promo activity, content and site usability.

-Analysing google analytics (consumer behaviour) alongside sale reports to visually merchandise the site and work alongside the marketing team to drive slow movers/ best sellers.

-Work alongside the design team to recommend repeat product/ ‘move on’ developments

-Working along side social media team to drive specific product (high volume stock/ best sellers/ slow movers)

-Analysing google analytics to follow the customer journey to make or suggest improvements for better user experience.

 Customer Service & Online administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised customer service and web online administrator to deal with day to day customer queries received by our online store.

-Helping customers via telephone and email with customer queries with regards to misplaced orders, sizing issues, style issues, help with shipments etc.

-Building a great relationship with our warehouse staff ensuring all web order queries are sorted as quick as possible ensuring the consumer is happy with their purchase and receives it in the correct time frame.

-Monthly warehouse visits to ensure logistics for web orders are running smoothly.

-Assisting our merchandising team helping to input orders into the Ilevel stock management system.

-Creating barcodes for products prior to shipment of stock to the warehouse.

-Ensuring all returns are logged from the warehouse and any return/exchanges are sorted as soon as they come back to the warehouse.

-Going through returned stock flagged by the warehouse with potential issues to ensure nothing goes out to consumers that does not reach our high quality standards.

-Keeping an extremely organised working system to ensure customer queries are dealt with within 48 hours of receiving the query by keeping a history of notes on the issue in our back office system.

All applicants must have experience of working within a customer service role/ office or retail environment min 1 year. Your role will be to work within a fast paced small team where you will have lots of responsibility and will make a big impact on the day to day running of the business.
